I am a hemp farmer (or substitute with your occupation) and as California hemp farmers (or other) we were not consulted in the development of this bill and our voices have not been heard. As written, this bill will kill the hemp industry in our state. The inability for us to sell our product in California this year is not acceptable for hemp farmers and producers of inhalable products. Please line veto Section 111921.6.(a) This will allow hemp farmers to sell their crop this year which is currently being harvested and processed. Thank you.
